《音樂家的人生：莫札特 第一章》（以下稱「本 App」）是由葉宸佑製作的付費遊戲。這份政策說明本 App 如何處理你的資料。

摘要

本 App 不收集、不傳送、也不分享任何個人資料。遊戲完全在你的裝置上執行，不需要網路，沒有帳號、廣告、分析或追蹤工具。在 App Store 上，本 App 的隱私權標示為「不收集資料」。

我們不收集的資料

存在你裝置上的資料

為了讓你下次打開時可以接著玩，本 App 會在你的裝置裡存下：遊戲進度、獎牌、遊戲紀錄（例如賽車的最佳成績）、選擇的語言、按鍵位置與聲音設定。這些資料不會離開你的裝置，也不會傳給我們；它們可能會跟著你自己設定的 iPhone 備份（例如 iCloud 備份）一起備份。刪除本 App，這些資料就會一起刪除。

網路與權限

本 App 遊玩時不需要網路連線，也不會連到任何伺服器。本 App 不要求使用相機、麥克風、位置、照片、通訊錄、藍牙或通知等權限。只有在你點標題畫面的「隱私權政策」時，才會用手機的瀏覽器打開這一頁。

第三方服務

本 App 沒有加入任何第三方的廣告、分析、當機回報或追蹤工具。本 App 的下載與付款由 Apple App Store 處理，適用 Apple 的隱私權政策；我們拿不到你的付款資料，也不知道購買者是誰。Apple 會提供開發者整體的下載與銷售數字；如果你在 iPhone 的設定裡選擇「與 App 開發者分享」分析資料，Apple 也可能提供不具名的當機與使用統計。這些都是彙整後的數字，我們無法從中認出你。

兒童的隱私

本 App 適合小朋友到大人。因為本 App 不收集任何個人資料，所以不會收集 13 歲以下（或你所在地區規定年齡以下）兒童的資料，也符合美國《兒童線上隱私保護法》（COPPA）與歐盟《一般資料保護規則》（GDPR）對兒童資料的要求。

你的權利

依照你所在地區的法律（例如歐盟 GDPR、美國加州 CCPA／CPRA、日本《個人資料保護法》、台灣《個人資料保護法》），你可能有權查詢、更正或刪除個人資料。因為我們沒有保存任何你的個人資料，所以沒有資料可以提供或刪除；存在你裝置上的資料，你可以隨時刪除 App 來清除。如果你有任何疑問，歡迎來信。

Privacy Policy

"A Musician's Life: Mozart, Chapter 1" (the "App") is a paid game made by Chen-Yu Yeh. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

Summary

The App does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. The game runs entirely on your device and needs no internet connection. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking tools. On the App Store, the App’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected.”

Information we do not collect

Information stored on your device

So you can continue where you left off, the App saves the following on your device: game progress, medals, game records (such as best race times), your language choice, button layout and sound settings. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us. It may be included in backups of your iPhone that you set up yourself (for example, iCloud Backup). Deleting the App deletes this data.

Internet and permissions

The App does not need an internet connection to play and does not connect to any server. It does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts, Bluetooth or notifications. Only when you tap “Privacy Policy” on the title screen does your phone’s browser open this page.

Third-party services

The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools. Downloads and payment are handled by the Apple App Store under Apple’s privacy policy; we receive no payment information and do not know who bought the App. Apple provides developers with aggregate download and sales numbers; if you choose “Share with App Developers” for analytics in your iPhone settings, Apple may also provide anonymous crash and usage statistics. These are aggregated figures that cannot identify you.

Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for children and adults. Because it collects no personal data, it does not collect data from children under 13 (or the age set by the law where you live), consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, or Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because we do not hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to provide or delete; you can remove the data stored on your device at any time by deleting the App. If you have any questions, please contact us.

This support website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking on it. For security purposes, GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses under GitHub’s privacy statement.

次回つづきから遊べるように、ゲームの進みぐあい、メダル、ゲームの記録（レースのベストタイムなど）、選んだ言語、ボタンの位置、音の設定をお使いの端末の中に保存します。これらの情報が端末の外へ出ることはなく、私たちに送られることもありません。ご自身で設定したiPhoneのバックアップ（iCloudバックアップなど）に含まれる場合があります。本アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。

インターネットと許可

本アプリは遊ぶときにインターネット接続を必要とせず、どのサーバーにも接続しません。カメラ、マイク、位置情報、写真、連絡先、Bluetooth、通知などへのアクセスも求めません。タイトル画面の「プライバシーポリシー」を押したときだけ、端末のブラウザでこのページを開きます。
