「學音樂」隱私權政策

「學音樂」（以下稱「本 App」）是給兒童玩的音樂小遊戲，由葉宸佑製作。我們很重視孩子的隱私，所以本 App 從設計開始就不收集任何個人資料。
我們不收集的資料
- 本 App 不需要註冊或登入，不會問孩子的姓名、生日、email、電話、照片或位置。
- 本 App 沒有廣告，也沒有使用任何分析、追蹤或廣告工具。
- 本 App 不會把任何資料傳送到我們或其他人的伺服器。
存在手機裡的資料
為了讓孩子下次打開時可以接著玩，本 App 會在這支手機裡存下：遊戲進度、音符點數、選擇的語言、每個小遊戲的試玩次數，以及是否已經解鎖。這些資料只存在手機裡，我們看不到，也不會傳出去。刪除本 App，這些資料就會一起刪除。
App 內購買
本 App 有一項 App 內購買（解鎖全部遊戲）。付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理，我們拿不到付款資料，也不知道是誰購買的；本 App 只會收到「已經購買」的確認。購買前有家長驗證。
外部連結
本 App 裡沒有連到外部網站的連結，也沒有社群分享功能。
兒童隱私
本 App 是為兒童設計的，並遵守美國《兒童線上隱私保護法》（COPPA）、歐盟《一般資料保護規則》（GDPR）等保護兒童隱私的規定。因為我們不收集任何個人資料，所以沒有需要家長同意收集或刪除的資料。
政策更新
如果之後本政策有修改，我們會更新這一頁，並修改上面的生效日期。

Learn Music Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
Learn Music (the "App") is a set of music games for children, made by Chen-Yu Yeh (葉宸佑). We care about children's privacy, so the App is designed to collect no personal information at all.
What we do not collect
- The App needs no sign-up or login. It never asks for a name, birthday, email, phone number, photo or location.
- The App has no ads and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
- The App does not send any data to our servers or anyone else's.
Data stored on the device
So that your child can continue next time, the App saves the following on the device only: game progress, music-note points, the chosen language, the number of free rounds played in each game, and whether the games are unlocked. This data stays on the device; we cannot see it and it is never sent anywhere. Deleting the App deletes this data.
In-app purchase
The App offers one in-app purchase (Unlock All Games). Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive any payment details or know who made the purchase; the App only receives a confirmation that the purchase was made. Purchases are behind a parental gate.
External links
The App contains no links to outside websites and no social sharing features.
Children's privacy
The App is designed for children and follows children's privacy laws such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because we collect no personal information, there is no data for a parent to consent to or ask us to delete.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
